Heads up!
This is a short animation I created during one quarter. It is a visual gag where a young girl walks over to a swing and gets knocked out by a stray ball.
I went in knowing that I wanted to create something entirely on my own and still manage to complete it in its entirety, so I made some creative decisions to help ensure that.
I decided to use a simple approach for the story plot and the graphics as well, so I opted for a low poly approach.
Programs used: Maya and Photoshop
I first got inspiration after seeing various videos of people trying to catch large exercise balls and getting knocked over. Since I wanted to keep the story short and simple, I figured I'd go with a similar visual gag and boarded it out.
