Acrylic Charms
For this set of charms, I focused more so on the overall design and packaging design.
I opted for sleek, clear, and readable text on the advertisements/preview images and packaging as not to distract from the product themselves and only compliment them while establishing the brand and necessary information.
For this set of charms, I focused more so on the overall design and packaging design.
For the preview concept images (shown above) instead of simply showing the image to be printed on the acrylic, I emulated the way it would look as a physical item once it's complete. This entailed creating the illusion of thickness to where the acrylic would be in addition to adding in the proper clasps and the holographic finish effect on the acrylic. I wanted to ensure customers knew exactly what they'd be getting.
Here is one of the designs without color on the left and both finished designs without any effects overlaid to emulate the holographic finish.
The packaging background effect is subtle but plays on the holographic finish of the charms without being distracting.
I have taken to taking commissions for custom charms as of late and have made over 30 different designs for my clients. Here are a handful:
I have also made a variety of unique charms such as candy bag charms, shaker charms, and toy car charms.
